There are many ways you can do this and innumerable posts on but this is what I did!

1. Make 3 columns and go through your year noting:

  • Things that were awesome
  • Things never want to do again
  • Things that make you feel like you’re living your best life

2. Questions (from Yoga Girl podcast here ) –

  • What was the feeling or “vibe” of 2022 for you?
  • Same question for each month of the year: “vibe,” high, and low
  • What were your successes?
  • What were your challenges?
  • What do you want to leave in 2022?
  • What do you want to take into 2023?

***Let’s take some time to really review the year before we move into setting goals and intentions for next year! It really is insightful and inspiring and dare I say…fun!
