The second time around doing week 2 I felt pretty good without much issue. Fortunately I felt pretty good and all went well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">I saw my PT yesterday (June 21) as well and it&#8217;s nice to say I&#8217;m feeling decent for once! Everything is feeling neutral which is great. My lift score on the left decreased slightly so I need to focus on those exercises she&#8217;s given me for that. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Today I completed a second workout of week 3, which is the same as above. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Jen, my PT, and I discussed how week 4 is a fairly good increase &#8211; moving to 5 minute intervals as well as a total of 16 minutes of running (!) from 90 second and 3 minute intervals for a total of 9 minutes of running &#8211; and that it might be a good idea to repeat week 3 before progressing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"835\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/liveplayrun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-5.jpeg?resize=1200%2C835&amp;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1303\" style=\"width:334px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/liveplayrun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-5.jpeg?w=1869&amp;ssl=1 1869w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/liveplayrun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-5.jpeg?resize=300%2C209&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/liveplayrun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-5.jpeg?resize=1024%2C712&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/liveplayrun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-5.jpeg?resize=768%2C534&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/liveplayrun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-5.jpeg?resize=1536%2C1068&amp;ssl=1 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">I also had the idea to repeat week 3 and instead of doing the intervals twice, upping them to three times which would be a good bridge between week 3 and 4 as it would be a total of 13.5 minutes of running. Making my own week 3.5! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">At this point I have one more workout of week 3 to do. I&#8217;ll eval then if it&#8217;d be good to repeat week 3 as is or do a &#8220;bridge&#8221; week I noted above. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The idea is that if I take it slow now, I&#8217;ll have less issues later and also know how better to manage anything I feel or notice as they come up.
