The second time around doing week 2 I felt pretty good without much issue. Fortunately I felt pretty good and all went well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">I saw my PT yesterday (June 21) as well and it\u2019s nice to say I\u2019m feeling decent for once! Everything is feeling neutral which is great. My lift score on the left decreased slightly so I need to focus on those exercises she\u2019s given me for that. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Today I completed a second workout of week 3, which is the same as above. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Jen, my PT, and I discussed how week 4 is a fairly good increase \u2013 moving to 5 minute intervals as well as a total of 16 minutes of running (!) from 90 second and 3 minute intervals for a total of 9 minutes of running \u2013 and that it might be a good idea to repeat week 3 before progressing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"835\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/liveplayrun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-5.jpeg?resize=1200%2C835&ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1303\" style=\"width:334px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/liveplayrun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-5.jpeg?w=1869&ssl=1 1869w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/liveplayrun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-5.jpeg?resize=300%2C209&ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/liveplayrun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-5.jpeg?resize=1024%2C712&ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/liveplayrun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-5.jpeg?resize=768%2C534&ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/liveplayrun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-5.jpeg?resize=1536%2C1068&ssl=1 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">I also had the idea to repeat week 3 and instead of doing the intervals twice, upping them to three times which would be a good bridge between week 3 and 4 as it would be a total of 13.5 minutes of running. Making my own week 3.5! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">At this point I have one more workout of week 3 to do. I\u2019ll eval then if it\u2019d be good to repeat week 3 as is or do a \u201cbridge\u201d week I noted above. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The idea is that if I take it slow now, I\u2019ll have less issues later and also know how better to manage anything I feel or notice as they come up.
