I had no idea what I was getting into buying a Jeep!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019ve been a Kia Sorento owner for nearly 14 years \u2026.it was time for a change. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Something FUN!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My word for 2024 is FREEDOM!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Picturing myself driving with the top down, music going, sun shining, wind in hair\u2026hello freedom!!!\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nothing says freedom more than that vision right?!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Little did I know I was getting much more than that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duck and Wave<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n

Duck, duck, Jeep!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At first I was like duck, duck, what?! Yes, look it up (duck, duck, Jeep)- it\u2019s a whole thing!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

So Mark, before we even purchased the Jeep had a box full of rubber ducks \u2026my first day driving it to work he had \u201cducked\u201d me \u2026meaning put a duck on the Jeep. Check out the story of how and why this started here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s why you see ducks on the dashboards of jeeps! I had no idea and always thought what the heck is that and that I\u2019d never do that \u2026.. little did I know, yes I would.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently I have two ducks on my Jeep dashboard. The second one I received from an assistant I work with \u2013 of course, it\u2019s a dental duck! The duck is holding toothpaste and a toothbrush.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course I \u201cducked\u201d her back as she\u2019s also a Jeep driver and put a green \u201cdragon duck\u201d on her jeep as green is her favorite color.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now aside from the ducking there is a whole Jeep wave!! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jeep owners give a wave to other Jeep owners as they pass one another \u2013 as a form of respect and acknowledgement that you both own a bada$$ vehicle. \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This makes my day anytime I wave and get a wave back. I feel and LOVE that connection! <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

And just yesterday another Jeep driver, with his top down, feeling the FREEDOM, gave a big fist pump and yell! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It made my day and gave me a big smile, and honestly even a little laugh. Thank you enthusiastic dude in another Jeep!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
